Our programmes are made to help teens improve their emotional, social, and physical well-being so that their bodies and minds can be peaceful and understanding.

Young people have a quick phase of physical changes that have an impact on their attitude and appearance. They develop an unconscious awareness of their appearance as well as of scents, skin, and body. Our yoga classes teach teenagers to appreciate and comprehend their minds and bodies.

Teenagers may experience anxiety and stress due to a variety of internal and external factors. from classmates, tests, society, family, and school. By using breathing and visualisation techniques, we assist teenagers in controlling their emotions.

Teenagers are given a feeling of self-esteem and self-determination when a growth mindset is encouraged in them. This helps them get over their concerns about making mistakes or trying new things. Self-motivation and self-accountability are encouraged in our classes. We promote teamwork in our sessions and teach about this throughout every step.
