Our lessons are a perfect opportunity to let out all that pent-up energy and start your kids on a passion for fitness, in addition to being a terrific way to build relationships with your younger fitness enthusiasts.

Kids will enjoy themselves while learning self-control, confidence, and healthy workout habits. 

Verity Wigley, a fitness expert, offers kids’ activities courses to get your little ones moving. 

The goal of each yoga exercise class is to improve body awareness and balance via vigorous movement and lots of enjoyment.

 

Our goal is to create a society where every child has an equal chance to be supported and engaged. Through sports and fitness programmes, we work to help youth reach their potential.

The fitness classes offered by Yoda Yoga are the result of years of study, development, and testing with additional assistance from experts in respective fields. Each session, which is offered for children ages 2 to 16, is specifically designed to securely fulfil the objectives of that age range and is continually evolving. Naturally, since they’ll be too busy having fun, your youngster won’t even notice.

Minimum 10 kids to permit class. £5 per child (25 children maximum).

Group sessions (up to 45 children) and after-school available.
